We do a variety of testing on the drums where we continuously check online on the height, weight, and thickness of the wall / body of the drums and the top & bottom of the drums.

The welding quality is also continuously checked on the welding testing machine to ensure no room for leakage in the welding area. This ensures that our drums are 100% leakproof. Every single drum goes through this welding testing quality process.

We also do drop tests to ensure the strength of the drum's surface and the welding strength. Also, the drop test helps us to ensure the quality and the strength of the caps and to confirm the performance of the caps and that there are no leakages from the same as well.
